Hot Christmas Gins

Warm Spices

Opihr works wonderfully well with the spices of our Original Recipe and with a pre-warmed mug and a touch of Orange you'll be warm inside even if it's not warm out.

  • 2 measures of Jeffrey's Original Recipe Tonic Syrup

  • 1 measure of Opihr Gin

  • measures of boiling water

  • A slice of Orange, or Orange peel

Equals Winter Wonderland!

Christmas in Southeast Asia

Let the taste of this hot G&T transport you to the Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand. Tarsier gin has exotic flavours such as Calamansi and Kampot Pepper, and the Galangal from both gin and tonic will take you on a journey across Southeast Asia.

  • 1 measure of Tarsier Gin

  • 1 measure of Jeffrey's Lime, Galangal & Orange Tonic Syrup

  • 4 measures of boiling water

  • A slice of Orange peel

Classic Christmas Hot Gin

The flavours of cinnamon (from our Cassia), nutmeg, allspice and clove are a natural fit with the lovely marmalade

Orange of Tanqueray Sevilla.  You'd think it would work.  Surprise, surprise - it's gorgeous.

  • 1 measure of Tanqueray Sevilla Gin

  • 1 measure of Jeffrey's Original Recipe Tonic Syrup

  • 4 measures of boiling water

  • Add a cinnamon stick and a slice of orange if you like

Feel the warm glow :).

Prosecco Jeffrey's

Prosecco's OK, we have nothing against Prosecco.  But add a little Yarrow, Rosehip & Elderflower and you have a thing

of beauty.  Just saying.

  • 1/2 a measure of Jeffrey's Yarrow, Rosehip & Elderflower

  • 1 serve of Prosecco

Jeffrey's Bourbon Old-fashioned

They say if you have to have one cocktail, make it a Bourbon Old-fashioned.  Well we reckon this one knocks the spots off pretty much anything else..

  • 2 measures of Woodford Reserve Bourbon

  • 1/2 a measure of Maple Syrup

  • 1 measure of Jeffrey's Not So Plain Tonic Syrup

  • 1 measure of water

  • Ice

  • Tumbler

  • Sadé on your music system

Relax & enjoy.

Jeffrey's Negroni

The bitterness of quinine in a tonic syrup works brilliantly in a Negroni, but Jeffrey's Not So Plain tonic syrup makes this a bit special..

  • 2 measures gin - say Broker's, maybe, but Tanqueray or Gordon's works as well

  • 2 measures Jeffrey's Not So Plain Tonic Syrup

  • 2 measures Aperol

  • A squeeze of lemon

  • A slice of lemon

And.. breathe.
